
Remember that I told you earlier about my alligator tooth cactus and how it has babies?  Well, here are some of the babies that I just placed onto some dirt in a planter.  I should have put a dime in there so that you can see how small these things are.  Okay, I'll try to describe their size:  Each baby, at the time it falls off the plant, is about the size of a peppercorn.  I'll continue to take photos and show you how these are coming along.  And I'll try to take a good close-up photo of the babies while they're still on the plant.  (I tried already and failed.)
