Alligator Tooth Babies

Remember that I told you earlier about my alligator tooth cactus and how it has babies? Well, here are some of the babies that I just placed onto some dirt in a planter. I should have put a dime in there so that you can see how small these things are. Okay, I'll try to describe their size: Each baby, at the time it falls off the plant, is about the size of a peppercorn. I'll continue to take photos and show you how these are coming along. And I'll try to take a good close-up photo of the babies while they're still on the plant. (I tried already and failed.)
